Workshop Description

This workshop will explain the basic aspects of financial planning: building up a financial plan in a realistic way in order to better understand:

  • If an existent business can become sustainable, and how long it will take to do so
  • How much funding a business needs until profitability
  • How to track if a business is on the right path - and when to make changes to a business model
  • How to measure if a business is really creating the social impact it set out to achieve

The workshop will include life experience from entrepreneurs, who will share their learnings and discuss “tricks of the trade” with participants.
