Workshop Description

The workshop will focus on how to ensure the attractiveness of employers in the social sector remains high.

We will design this workshop to showcase aspects that will help organizations attract new, suitable employees and as well keep retention rates high.

Participants will be introduced to new ideas and receive input and insights from a recruiter focusing on the social sector.

The topics covered will include:

  • Employees’ search/quest for meaning and purpose
  • Alternatives to monetary compensation
  • Challenges for organizations in the social sector
  • Interpersonal relations
